I got 4x/(y^2+2xy+y) but there have been several other answers that Ive heard as well

dy/dx(6y^2)+dy/dx(6x^2)+12xy-24x+dy/dx(6)=0

dy/dx(6y^2+6x^2+6)=24x-12xy

dy/dx=(4x-2xy)/(6y^2+6x^2+6)

dy/dx=(4x-2xy)/(y^2+x^2+1)
