6x - 5 = -14 + 3x

3x = -9

x = -3

2k - 11k = k - 4 - 7

-9k = k - 11

-10k = -11

k = -11/-10 = 11/10

6 + 2m + 7 + 1 = 8m + 8m

14 + 2m = 16m

14 = 14m

m = 1
