perhaps the logik is:

for positiv numbers, add prior positiv number (2 plaes bak) tu abs(negativ number)

so next term =8+abs(-11)=8+11=19

for negativ numbers...add abs(prior 2 numbrs), then put - in front

after 19...19+11=30, then next number=-30
