I do not know what category this would be under.... I am going for a loan and since we already own the home we are only allowed to recieve 70% of the appraisal amount.... and I need to know how much I would be recieveing... thanks

What is 70% of 176,000

10% of 176,000 is 17,600

70% is 17,600 x 7= 123,200

176,000 / 2 =  88000 (50%)

88000 x 1.5 (blackjack payment) =  132,000 (75% of 176,000)

132,000 (75%) - 8800 (5%) = 123,200 (70%)
