it is 0.06. Because you have to divide the numerator and denominator to get the answer, 3/50=0.06. I hope this helps you guys. So remember you always have to divide the numerator and denominator to get a fraction as a decimal. p.s. I'm in 6th grade :) please don't say anything mean about me.
