(5,-2), (-3, -2), and (-3, 3)

First two ordered pairs have the same  y-coordinate

This shows one side of the rectangle is (5+3) =8 units

second and third ordered pairs have the same x- coordinate

The other side of the rectangle is (2+3) =5 units

L=8 units     , W=5 units

p=2(8+5)=26 units
