2y = 4x - 5 and contains the point (2, 3).

y = (4x -5)/2

y = 2x - 2.5

m(1) = 2

m(2) =  - 1/m(1)

line that is perpendicular to y =2x - 2.5 has           m(2) = - 1/2

Y - Y(1) = M(X - X(1))

y - 3 = - 1/2(x - 2)

y - 3 = - x/2 + 1

y = - 2x + 1 + 3

y = - 2x + 4
