The given quadratic equation can be written as y = (x-3)^2, since its double root is at 3

Now the parabola is translated down by 7 units so the equation becomes y = (x-3)^2 - 7

And then it is reflected over x-axis, so the equation becomes

y = -(x-3)^2 + 7
