S(x,y) = {(Rx+Tx)/2, (Ry+Ty)/2}

So,

Sx = (Rx+Tx)/2

or -4 = (Rx -7)/2 => Rx = -8+7 = -1

Also,

Sy = (Ry+Ty)/2

or -6 = (Ry -3)/2 => Ry = -12+3 = -9

So the coordinates of R = ( -1,-9)
