15 is less than double 13, so the whole number would be one. Then subtract 13 from 15 which is 2. The denominator will be 13 so the answer would be 1 2/13.

Divide 15 by 13 which will give u 1 remainder 2. The 1 will be the whole number and 2 will be numerator. Denominator stays same so answwr is 1 2/13
