As we know

quotient * divisor+ remainder = dividend

Let divisor be x. So by using above formula

37*x+4 > 1000

or 37*x >1000-4

or x>26.91

So if x is an integer, then it has to be atleast 27.

Therefore dividend should be 37*27 +4 =1003
