The following are whole numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12..... so on and so for.
In short, they are all the positive integers.

Hence, the whole numbers which are more than 12 and less than 31 are:
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

You can just choose anyone of these numbers and you will still be correct.
