765.3862 is the same thing as 0765.3862

There's a 0 in the thousands place.  The 7 in the hundreds place makes the 0 in the thousands place round up to 1.  Everything to the right of the 1 becomes 0s.

765.3862 rounded to the nearest thousand is 1000.
