If a rectangular pizza pan is 10 inches by 14 inches, the Area will by 10 x 14 or 140 in.(squared)

How can I use that information to find the area of a pizza pan that is circular? I know that A=pi (r)squared, but you have to know the size of the pizza pan r.

The diameter of the pizza can only be 10 inches. therefore r=10/2=5 inches
