What is 2^5 - 10 nCr 8?

If 10 people take this class, 8 people take that class, 5 people take the other class, and 2 people take all three classes, how many people take 2 but not 3 of these classes?

If I have 2/8 of a candy bar and you have 8/10 of a candy bar, how many candy bars do we have all together?
