Look at the pattern of staircases found using unit cubes. Using this pattern, what is the volume of Staircase 4?

looking at teh pattern of volumes, for stairtcase,

Vol = 2 + 4 + 6 + 8 = 20

In general, the volume for the nth staircase would be,

Vn = Sum(k = 1 to n)[2k]
