yes! the answer is correct.

the mason needs 3 days to complete a wall of 10 x 15 = 150 sq fts that is 50 sq fts/day.

Now 4 walls x 10 x 5 = 200 sq fts .  so 200 sq fts / 50 = 4 days needed

since the bricks are of the same dimension in both cases, they can not affect the result in any way.
