x / 0.28 = 45/42

x / 0.28 = 15/14

(x / 0.28) * 0.28 = (15/14) * 0.28

x = (15/14) * 0.28

x = (15/14) * (28/100)

x = (15) * (2/100)

x = (3) * (2/20)

x = (3) * (1/10)

x = 3/10

x = 0.3
