y^3 + 6y^2 + 9 = (y+3)^2

y^2 - 6y = 6(y-6)

y+3, 6, and y-6 are all different, so there are no common factors.

The LCM is just (y^3 + 6y^2 + 9) * (y^2 - 6y).

Or you can say 6 (y-6) (y+3)^2   (same thing)
