Problem: what is 3x-y=7 in y equals form
Put the following equations into a y equals form.
   #4   3x - y = 7

3x - y = 7
3x - y - 3x = - 3x + 7
-y = -3x + 7
-y * -1 = (-3x + 7) * -1
y = 3x - 7
