Scientific notation must have a number from 1 - 9 as the first digit and everything else must come after the decimal and that number is then multiplied by a power of 10. For your number, since it is a number much smaller then 1, your power of ten will be a negative number equal to the number of places your decimal point moves.

to get the first number (9) in front of the decimal place, you have to move it 3 places to the right. So your answer will be

9.567339 x 10^-3
