5 or more let it soar 4 or less let it rest. SInce you are dealing with the number 2 you are going to let the 6 stay as a six if the number 2 were to be bigger then 4 then you would bump the six up to a 7, but because its just a two your going to leave the number as a 6. So the answer is 6.00. It is 6.00 because after the number that you are rounding you make every thing else a zero.
