To find the percentage increase you first have to find the difference in price $52950.15 - $43875.67=9074.33. You then divide that difference BY the orginal amount

$9074.33 divided by $43875.67 = 0.208.....

Round to the nearest hundredth ....0.208 =0.21 change that to a percent by moving the decimal 2 places right  21% is the rate of increase :)
