28/60 in lowest terms

Taking factors of both the numerator and the denomiator,

(2 * 2 * 7)/(2 * 2 * 3 * 5)

Cancelling the common factors,

(7)/(3 * 5) = 7/15

Answer: In its lowest terms, 28/60 = 7/15
