What are they? they are mixed numbers and if u wanna add them first turn them into an improper fraction by multiplying the whole number by the deminator then adding the numerator.

1 3/4 = 4(1) + 3 =  7/4

1 2/5 = 1(5) + 2 =7/5

2 1/2= 2(2) + 1 = 5/2

7/4 + 7/5 + 5/2 we need a common deminator (20)

35/20 + 28/20 + 50/20 = 113/20 or 5 13/20
