IP 63.240.10.48 TRANSLATE TO BINARY

This IP address is in decimal form in dotted notation.

the easiest way to convert it to another form such as binary is to use the calculator under accessories on your computer.

choose the dec button for form you are entering, enter one notation at a time,

such as 63 in this case.  Choose the bin button and the display will show the convertion. repeat steps for each notation.

Note that the binary number is 8 places. Leading zeros are omitted for simplicity.
