4/7y +21= 5y

-5y           -5y

--------------------------

4/7y - 5y +21 =0

y(4/7 -5) +21 =0

y(4/7 -5*7/7)= -21

-31/7y = - 21

y = - 21*(-7/31)

y = 147/31
