Problem: how to work out and graph 2y=-1
how to work out and graph the equation by plotting points 2y=-1

2y = -1
y = -1/2

This means that no matter how far to the right, or how far to the left,
the value of y is ALWAYS -1/2. The graph is a horizontal line, 1/2 unit
below the x-axis.
