The whole problem is 7(8+h)^3 -(8+h)^2 +7.  I'm just not sure how to work out the first part.  Thanks

(h+8)^2=h^2+16h+64

multipli bi h+8...h^3+24h^2 +192h+512

then subrakt (h^2+16h+64) and add 7
by
