-6x+5y=-15

Slope Intercept Form: y = mx + b

-6x + 5y = -15

First add 6x to both sides:
5y = -15 + 6x

Now divide everything by 5:
y = -3 + 6/5x

Put the x term infront of the constant:
y = 6/5x - 3
