I need help solving this problem using the FOIL method. I need the answer asap. this is the expression I am trying to solve and simplify, 3+√z-1 = √z+14 the right side radical is already isolated so I squared both sides. (3+√z-1)^2 = (√z+14)^2. Now it is asking me to use FOIL to simplify the left side, and I do not know how. Can someone please help me?

(3+√z-1)^2
(3+sqrt(z-1))^2
(3+sqrt(z-1))(3+sqrt(z-1))
(9+3sqrt(z-1)+3sqrt(z-1)+(z-1))
(9+6sqrt(z-1)+(z-1))
