2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29 are the first ten prime numbers.

a prime number is a number that has only two factors being one and itself.......... 1,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29, so on... 2,4,6,8,9,10,12,14,15,16, those asren't prime...... those are compoaite number- numbers that have more than one set of factors including one and itself...

the typo confused my 14 old son.  the word is aren't not asrent.
