solve for y
x= 2y+1/3y-4

x= 2y + 1/3 y - 4
x = 2 1/3 y - 4 = x
2 1/3 y - 4 = x
2 1/3 y = x + 4
7/3 y = x + 4
y = (x + 4)(3/7)
y = 3/7 x + 12/7
