3.75x + 3y = 3.25(x+y)

x+y = 6 and y = -x + 6

so 3.75x + 3y = 3.25(6)

3.75x + 3(-x+6) = 19.5

3.75x - 3x + 18 = 19.5

.75x = 1.5

x = 2 then y = 4

so 2 lbs. caramels and 4 lbs. chocolates
