2^-3=1/2^3=1/8

it become [(1/9) +(1/8)]^-2...1/[1/9)+(1/8)]^2

(1/9)+(1/8)=(8+9)/72=17/72

so(17/72)^-2=(72/17)^2

=72^2/17^2

=5184/289

=17.93771626297578
