Don't be confused by all the symbols for multiply. Work out the brackets contents first. So we get 32 from the first set and 2 from the second set. The big dot in the middle seems to mean work out the two parts on either side of the dot first. Take what's on the right side of the dot. 6 divided by the contents of the brackets, which we worked out to be 2, so the right side of the dot is 6 divided by 2 = 3. Now the left. The contents of the brackets came to 32. This time the multiply is implied because the number 3 sits right against the brackets. In algebra we write 2X rather than 2 x X, so it's the same sort of thing, multiplication is implied by the absence of the multiply operator. So the left side of the big dot is 3 times 32 = 96, and, because the dot means multiply, the answer is 96 multiplied by 3 from the right side of the dot = 288.
