(4.7^6) / (4.7^15)....=(4.7^0) / (4.7^9)

=(4.7^-9) / (4.7^0)..... but wotever^0=1, so yu hav

(4.7^-9)....same as 1/(4.7^+9)

4.7^9=1,119,130.4731027675

1/1,119....=8.935508629548076e-7
