Take it step by step.

7+3 = 10

10 + 14 = 24

24 - 4 = 20

20 + 6 = 26

26 - 8 = 18

18 + 15 = 33

Answer: 7 + 3 + 14 - 4 + 6 - 8 + 15 = 33
