11 hundredths.  Base-ten is the way pretty much everyone in the world is used to counting.  What, do you want it in decimal?

If you have a number like this:  abc.xyz, the y is in the hundredths place.

Just put the 11 there, making the 11 end on the y like this:  abc.11z.

(the a, b, c, x, y, z are just there to sit there; they don't do anything)

So the answer is:  000.110 or just 0.11

.

If you wanted 5736 thousandths, it would be like abcd.wxyz, the y is in the thousandths place this time, put 5736 in with the 6 sitting in the y place like abc5.736z, so the answer would be 5.736
