Area of a circle = Pi * r^2

Area of a semicircle = Pi * r^2 / 2

Pi * 3^2 / 9

Given radius (r) = 3
Area of semi circle = half of the area of the circle
Area of the semi circle = (1/2)pi (r^2)
Area of the semi circle = (1/2)pi (3^2) = 14.13
