the problem is y=7/2. we didnt get to this in class and nobody i know(or have their phone number!!) knows the answer. help!!

7/2 = 3 1/2 = 3.5

y = 7/2 is a horizontal line at y = 7/2.

The slope is 0.

the y-intercept is at y = 7/2.
