2/3 = -3/5t

Divide both sides by -3/5 (which is the same as multiplying both sides by -5/3)

2/3 x (-5/3) = (-3/5)(-5/3)t

Switch t to the left:

t = 2/3 x (-5/3)

= -10/9
= -1 1/9
