How to find the width, length and area when given the Perimeter?

Perimeter = 150 meters.

"The Length is four times the width. What is the Area?"

I'm complete rubbish at Algebra. Any help understanding what to do here would be absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated!

1. rim-leng=150

2. leng=4*wide

3. me assume the SHAPE=REKTANGEL

leng+wide=rim-leng/2=150/2=75

4*wide+wide=75

5*wide=75

wide=75/5=15

leng=4*wide=60
