(q(1) + q(20))/2 = 81

q(1) = q(2) + 6

(q(2) + q(2) + 6 )/2 = 81

2q(2) + 6 = 81*2 = 162

2q(2) = 162 - 6

2q(2) = 156

q(2) = 156/2 =78

q(1) = 78 + 6 =  84

(84 + 78)/2 =  162/2 = 81
