I assume you mean on the right side is 10/ x^2 +11x+28

this denominator =(x+7)(x+4), multiply through by it and get:;

3(x+4) +8(x+7) =10

3x+12 +8x+56=10

11x +68 =10

11x =-58

x=-58/11
