18/x minus 18/x-1 equals -3

I really don't understand this. Please help me.

(18/x) -(18/x)-1=-3

0=1-3

0=-2

18/x -18/(x-1)=-3

18(x-1)-18x

------------------  =  -3

x(x-1)

 

18x-18-18x=-3x(x-1)

-18=-3x^2+3x

x^2-x-6=0

(x-3)(x+2)=0

x=3,-2
