first equation:

y = 3/Sqrt(7)

1/y = Sqrt(7)/3

second equation:

1/y = mSqrt(7)

since both are 1/y, set the right hand parts equal to each other

Sqrt(7)/3 = mSqrt(7)

divide both sides by Sqrt(7)

1/3 = m
