c - 6 = 14 - 2x  I think c is a constant so I will solve for x:

c - 6 - 14 = -2x

c - 20 = -2x

x = (c - 20)/2

if the question is to solve for c then it would be this:

c - 6 = 14 - 2x

c = 14 + 6 - 2x

c = 20 - 2x
