What are you asking?

Are you asking "if you take seven even numbers and subtract seven odd numbers, is the result even or odd?"

Seven even numbers add up to an even number.  When you start subtracting odd numbers, each pair of subtracted odd numbers will make the result even, but that last (7th) subtracted odd number will make the result odd.

Answer:  Odd.

Example:

2 + 4 + 6 + 8 + 10 + 12 + 14 - 1 - 3 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 11 - 13 = 7
