-2x^2/3xy^3*2x^-1/y^-1  remember the negative exponent means you switch

-2x^2 * 2x^-1  =  -2x^2 * 2y  =  -4x^2y      =   -4

3xy^3   y^-1        3xy^3     x      3x^2y^3        3y^2
